DVD "Short(s) of Africa

Price € 10

The first DVD in a long serie which should be rich in discoveries, "Short(s) of Africa" is a collection of ten short films that attracted attention during the first two Afrique taille XL festivals. This innovative project was born of a joint wish on the part of Africalia, Afrique taille XL and Studio l'Equipe to offer African film-makers the place they deserve, to give these new sensibilities, these fascinating artists the chance to tease our emotions. The selection was made from among creative talents from all over the African continent. Union is strength when it comes to these ten short films, all interlinked in a long, mutually supportive chain. Funny or moving, but always relevant, they reflect the diversity of African cinematographic creation. And when they come to "The End", once the cinematic emotion is over, the full genuine richness of the world stands revealed to the audience.
